This could be the ultimate diet. It is organic because toxic pesticide poisons are not good for you. It is raw because it provides you with maximum live natural nutrition. It is vegan because a non-dairy vegetarian diet is best for the human body. It should be made colorful because it helps you eat a variety of nature's gift for your body. In addition to your organic raw food vegan diet, exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day. Walking, swimming, running, weight-lifting, and using the stairs will do. A variety of exercises are good to energize your whole body.

You can determine your BMI by following these steps. 1) Determine your height (in inches). 2) Multiply that number by itself. 3) Divide your weight (in pounds) by that number. 4) Multiply that figure by 703. Example: If your height is 5'7" = 67. 67 x 67 = 4489. If your weight is 120 pounds. 120 ÷ 4489 = 0.026732. 0.026732 x 703 = 18.79.
BMI of 18.5 - 24.9 is normal. 25.0 - 29.9 is overweight. 30+ is obese. Aim for a normal BMI to live to 100 in optimal health and fitness.
